Welcome to the “New Website” for the Long Island Rebels Youth Hockey Association!

LI Rebels Youth Hockey LogoAs the 2011-2012 season approaches we felt it was time to take our online experience to the next level; making it more user-friendly and interactive for our players and their families.

To take advantage of all that the new site has to offer, we first invite players and their families to register by following the link on the top right of the homepage. By registering, you will have automatically joined the site newsletter and emergency e-mail list. In the event of a late rink closing or change due to weather we can send out an organization wide e-mail from one location.

We have also now linked our website to Facebook and Twitter. By liking our Facebook page or following us on Twitter you will receive automatic updates of news, stories and game scores as they are entered onto our website.

Additionally, each team now has its own news feed and photo album. If you submit game updates or photos then they will be added to your team’s page.

We have also modified the calendars, making them both easier to use and downloadable into your home calendar system.

There are even some additional updates that will be brought into the live mode soon. Stay tuned for updates, but for now enjoy the new site.

Good luck to all our Rebels teams during the 2011-2012 season!

The members of the group collectively represent over 100 years of hockey experience and are committed to provide the guidance and resources needed to expand and promote the Lady Islanders.
