This Elite Prospects League season opener had  most of the Rebels teams playing in a three game showcase format.   The Rebels finished the weekend with 14 wins and 12 losses with several of the losing games being decided by one goal.

The Rebels Bantam Major team's fourth game was matched up with the undefeated powerhouse CP Dynamo.   The Rebels came back late in the third period to tie the score at 2-2 and then after a scoreless 4X4 overtime buried a goal during the 3X3 OT to take a win.

The Rebels Squirt Major team stepped up for a strong weekend finishing 4-0.
